Service

qrshaper.com is a free service for creating static and dynamic QR codes and barcodes, provided by HDWR Global sp. z o.o., ul. Dmowskiego 28, 63-000 Środa Wielkopolska, Poland, KRS 0000527575, NIP (VAT) PL7861700636, REGON 302852637. Using the service means you accept these terms.

Account

An account is created when you sign in with an email link or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete it at [email protected].

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others, or to hide the destination of such content. We may disable codes and accounts that break these rules or the law, and we cooperate with authorities when required.

Dynamic codes

A dynamic code redirects to the destination you set. We keep redirecting existing codes to their last destination for as long as we operate the service, also when you stop using your account. If we ever decide to end the service, we will give at least 12 months' notice and let you export your codes and destinations.

Free service, no warranty

The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. We do our best to keep it fast and available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Always test printed codes before large print runs — the generator checks readability, but final results depend on printing and materials. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Final provisions

Polish law applies. We may update these terms; we will publish changes on this page. Consumer rights under mandatory law are not affected. Last updated: 30.10.2026.
